The Trane Digital Support Bot has been activated to help users find solutions to common questions in Trane Connect. To use this feature:
- Select "Help & Support" in Trane Connect or "Support/Feedback" in Command Center under user settings
- You may ask a question and you will be directed to support documents that may help you
- If you are unable to find your solution and would like to submit a support ticket/request for a Support Agent to review, click the Get in Touch link.
- Then click Leave a message.
- To submit the support ticket for your question or issue, click Request Help.
- Please fill out all sections as completely as possible. This can help expedite your request.
- To provide product feedback, click Give Feedback.
