Issue:
Customer sees a “SigninEmailExchange” error when attempting to access AWS Trane Connect.

Resolution Steps:
- Have the customer log into Trane Connect OFF their company network (mobile device, remote network, or at home)
- This should allow them to then access Trane Connect ON their company network
Causes and Fixes:
- It's suspected the local firewall is blocking an MSAL file from being downloaded.
- Some authentication discrepancies can come from previously bookmarked pages that lead to the login page (starts with "https://corpsso.b2clogin.com..."). These exact URLs are actually time-sensitive, so they don't work reliably after some amount of time. To avoid this, make sure your bookmark is directly to https://traneconnect.com.
