Trane Connect - Image Preview Not Working in Issues/Findings

Issue: Image preview doesn't work from Issues/Findings in some cases (example at bottom of page)

Cause: Transparent JPEG of PNG files uploaded to Issues/Findings instead of black or white

Workaround/Solution: 

• The best way is to use the option from “Actions” menu to ‘Create Finding From Chart’. Sends to Trane Connect without issue
• If you want/need to download the chart file to our desktop and THEN upload to TC “Issues/Findings”, DO NOT use the transparent option
