Device Page not opening while Mobile Browsing

Issue: Users are reporting sites that are showing connected are not opening. No action appears to happen when selecting "Connect".

Resolution Steps: 

• Navigate to phone settings > Open Settings > Select Safari (or other applicable browsers) > Under general, find "Block Pop-ups" and turn it off.

Cause and Fixes:

• Pop-ups are potentially causing the input (clicking "connect") to do nothing.
  • This pertains as long as the user has accurate and valid login information.
